How to Make a Referral

Kempsey Families understands that considering whether to make a referral or finding support options can be difficult.

We are experienced working with referrals and use a simple 3-step approach.

Step 1: Find a program

Kempsey Families is a dynamic and innovative organisation offering a wide range of programs including domestic violence services, and family support services for women, children, young people, carers, and men.

Step 2: Complete a referral form

For individuals to make a self referral, or agencies to refer a client, please use one of the methods below to make a referral. All personal information is treated in strict accordance to our Privacy Policy.

You’ll need to let us know contact details, basic information, the reason for the referral and if you do this online, you’ll have the option to upload supporting documents (which will be provided at the first assessment).

All personal or sensitive information is treated in confidence, according to our Privacy Policy.

Step 3: Referral result

Once you’ve completed the referral from, you can expect to hear back from us within 3- 5 working days, dependant on our case load.
