Kempsey Families Inc. is a highly regarded, not-for-profit, non-government organisation that has been providing services for vulnerable children, young people, their parents/carers, and families since 1993.
We have developed a philosophy and practice that includes a strong support system for all staff.
Kempsey Families works within a feminist framework, which supports self-determination and empowerment as the key strengths and focus with respect for the individual, individual responsibility, honesty, accountability, and transparency.
It also means that clients are viewed as having the potential to identify and solve their own issues- we support them to find solutions to their issues.

We are an employer of choice and offer employment opportunities, student placements for TAFE NSW and universities in NSW, and volunteer options.

All employee, student placement and volunteer applicants must provide a Working with Children Check, current Police Check, a Driver’s License or other identification, and current COVID-19 vaccination certification.
All successful applicants need to undergo an induction process and must adhere to the Kempsey Families Code of Conduct.
