Working at Kempsey Families Inc

Kempsey Families Inc is a Not for Profit non-government organisation and has been operating since 1993. We have a history of strong committed community management. This ensures that a wide range of skills, opinions and perspectives are drawn from the community.

We have developed a philosophy and practice that includes a strong support system for all staff. The agency works within a strengths based Narrative framework, which means, respect for the individual (client and worker), individual responsibility (client and worker) honesty, accountability and transparency within the practices of the agency. It also means clients are viewed with the potential to define and solve their own issues. They are supported to find solutions to the problems that are dominating their lives.

Kempsey Families is at present providing services for vulnerable young people, their parents and families.

Kempsey Families is part of an inter-agency of services referred to as, Community Partners.  We share a strong commitment to the principles of community partnerships.

We advertise any available positions on both our website and in the local print media when they arise. If you are interested in working with us please contact us.
